
At Num Ti Jah Lodge, we are proud to offer a purely Canadian and distinctly rustic experience for our guests.
With that in mind, Chef Kelly Yarrow has created a menu incorporating old world influences with a Canadian touch.
Chef Yarrow has sourced the menu, where possible, locally and includes fresh produce and fruit from the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia, Alberta beef from Carmen Creek and game meats from Valbella Meats of Canmore.
Also, featured weekly are seasonally timed recipes using these and other fresh, local products.
