Grandma's Granola - Chef

Preheat oven to 300


4 cup rolled oats

2 cup slivered almonds

2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/3 cup (40 g) crystallized ginger

1/4 cup honey

1/4 cup canola oil

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of salt

1. Mix oats, almonds, coconut, brown sugar and ginger in a bowl.

2. Combine remaining ingredients in small pot and bring to a boil.

3. Mix together with wooden spoon and spread in a thin layer on sheet pans

4. Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
