Working at The Lodge.

From its breathtaking location to its unmatched hospitality and rich history, The Lodge at Bow Lake constitutes a one-of-a-kind experience in an extraordinary place. Located in the majestic Canadian Rockies, The Lodge’s history is grounded in the ancestral past of the Indigenous people of the area and entwined with 19th century explorers, the formation of Banff National Park, and the construction of the Canadian Pacific Railroad.

As Stewards of this small oasis on the shores of Bow Lake, we take our role seriously with particular attention to our impact on the environment in the area. Come join us for an unforgettable few months in the Canadian Rockies where the mountains will be your playground for the summer.

If you are interested in joining our team, please get in touch for a staff information package by contacting us at info@lodgeatbowlake.com. We look forward to meeting you soon!
